Automatic Deletion

No Human Access

Your photos are processed entirely by automated AI systems. No human employees have access to view or download your images.

• Service Providers: Trusted third parties who help us operate our service, including payment processing, cloud hosting, email delivery, and the AI providers that perform the image processing itself

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active, and deleted on request
• Billing Records: Retained for as long as required by UK tax and accounting law
• Support Records: Kept for 2 years for service improvement

10. Children's Privacy

NewPic is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or service notifications.
